A prominent, privately held real estate investment company looked to 33 Degrees to create an impactful way to drive new residents to their high-end retail centers jointly located near their Fashion Island, The Marketplace and Irvine Spectrum Center properties.

SOLUTION

We developed a dynamic, response-driven DM piece that created resident added-value and doubled as a property welcome kit. And by activating the gift certificate offer at the shopping centers, 33 Degrees was able to track redemption by each retail center and tie it back to each new mover. This critical database component laid the foundation for identifying customer profiles by center through demographic & psychographic characteristics.
